Will I need to pay extra tariffs?

USA Customers:
All US orders now ship from within the US. This means tariffs have already been taken care of. No surprises.

Orders placed before September 16th, 2025 require a 15 USD tariff to be paid for their order to be released, we have pre-paid these fees. The payment form is below on this same page. Moving forward, the price you see on the website is the final price you pay. No surprises, no extra invoices.
Canada Customers:
No additional charges are applicable, orders to Canada ship from within Canada.

International Customers: (Rest of world)
Duties/taxes vary by country. If applicable they will be collected by the local courier at delivery.

Question 2

What if I already paid tariffs via Zonos?

Accepted Answer

• Some Zonos declaration codes expired (turns out they only last 48 hours).
 • If your code expired, your card was never charged. Simply choose the new $15 U.S. tariff option instead. The expiring codes was recently discovered.

Do you ship to me?

Accepted Answer

We ship globally and do our best to provide a balance between fast and reliable shipping options.

USA Orders: ship from within the US, no additional duties apply, 4-5 business days.
Canada Orders: ship from within Canada, 4-5 business days.
International Orders: ship from Canada. 6-11 business days.

How do I pay the tariff associated with my pre-order?

Enter your order number (if you purchased directly from the website) or your Kickstarter Backer number (if purchased through Kickstarter), your email and process the one time fee.

Your order will be released within a few days of receiving the payment and tracking info will be attached to your order.

What if I selected the “No Packaging” option earlier?

Those orders have shipped, and tracking will be added this week.

What if I selected the “Wait & See” option?
